“The purpose of massage therapy is to improve one’s health and overall life performance. My philosophy as a massage therapist is two-fold: To find and remove any tension that exists in the muscles when they are not being used. As well, to find any blockages in the meridians, or subtle energy channels, and to unblock those blockages or stagnant channels. These two goals have been the most important aspects of massage since the inception of massage therapy.”
