Gregg Projansky - Licensed Massage Therapist

Gregg attended the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Pompano Beach, FL, where he obtained a degree in Massage Therapy. During his 21 years as a massage therapist. Gregg has studied various modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral and Sports Massage which he blends into his practice.

Gregg has always led an active lifestyle which is reflected in his passion for fitness. As a teenager he competed in several bodybuilding and fitness competitions. It was during this time where he found his passion for helping others realize their full potential while building strong relationships in the fitness community. Gregg also worked as a trainer at Bally’s Health and Fitness which ignited his passion to further his knowledge of anatomy which inevitably led him on the path to his lifelong journey into massage therapy.

Gregg is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. He is currently licenses to practice massage therapy in both Illinois and Florida.

My philosophy as a massage therapist is two-fold: To find and remove any tension that exists in the muscles when they are not being used. As well, to find any blockages in the meridians, or subtle energy channels, and to unblock those blockages or stagnant channels. These two goals have been the most important aspects of massage since the inception of massage therapy.”
